Aileen Villanueva

Aileen Villanueva has extensive experience in the IT field, having worked at PJ Lhuillier Group of Companies since May 2000, where Aileen currently serves as IT Department Manager, responsible for monitoring and evaluating team performance. Aileen's previous roles within the same company include IT Project Leader, Senior Software Architect, Software Architect, and Senior Web Developer. Prior to joining PJ Lhuillier, Aileen worked as a Web Developer at Distributed Processing Systems Inc. from April 1999 to May 2000. Aileen holds multiple certifications in Scrum, including Certified Scrum Fundamentals and Certified Scrum Master, obtained in 2021. Furthermore, Aileen completed the 41st Leadership Management Development Program (Mini MBA) at Ateneo Graduate School of Business in 2015 and holds a B.S. in Information and Computer Science from St. Paul University - Manila, earned in 1999.
