Kenji Meneses has a strong work history in the banking industry with experience in various leadership roles. Kenji started their career at Citi in 2003 as a Team Manager and worked there for over 12 years. In 2015, they joined Security Bank Corporation as a Service Quality Manager and stayed with them until 2018. Kenji then moved to Robinsons Bank Corporation as a Customer Contact Center Unit Head before joining PJ Lhuillier Group of Companies in 2019 as the Customer Care Department Head.
Kenji Meneses completed a Bachelor of Science degree in Accountancy at the University of Santo Tomas from 1998 to 2002. In addition to their education, they obtained certification as a COPC certified Work Force Manager from COPC Inc. in October 2021 and a Lean Six Sigma Yellow belt from Security Bank Corporation in May 2016.
