Swee Har Wilcox

Swee Har Wilcox has over 30 years of work experience, starting in 1992 as a Business Unit Manager at Prestolite Wire LLC. Swee Har then worked as an HR Manager at Duro Bag Manufacturing Company from 2007 to 2011, where they focused on strategic planning, employee relations, and compliance. From 2011 to 2017, Swee Har served as a Plant Manager and HR Manager at Armstrong World Industries, overseeing plant performance and driving continuous improvement in various HR areas. In 2018, they joined Novolex as an Operations Manager until 2021. Currently, Swee Har is the Director of Human Resources at Ceco Door Products.

Swee Har Wilcox has a diverse education history. Swee Har earned their Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Industrial Technology from Southern Illinois University, Carbondale, from 1993 to 1995. Prior to that, they completed their Bachelor's degree in Computer Information Systems at Arkansas State University, where they studied from 1984 to 1988. Additionally, they pursued a Master of Business Administration (MBA) with a focus on HR at Arkansas State University from 1988 to 1989.

Swee Har earned their PHR certification from HRM Certification Guide in January 2020, along with Lean Professional Certification from Armstrong Flooring, Inc. in June 2016. Prior to that, they obtained a SHRM-CP certification from SHRM in December 2015 and a DDI Facilitator certification from Thomas International in October 2014.
