Lisa Roccki

Lisa Roccki has a strong background in operations and manufacturing. Lisa worked as the Vice President of Operations at CECO Environmental Corporation, where they provided critical solutions to the environmental, energy, and fluid handling and filtration industries. Prior to that, they served as the Executive Director of Corporate Manufacturing at Cummins Inc., where they oversaw the design, manufacture, distribution, and servicing of engines and related technologies. Lisa also held the position of Executive Director of Global Operations and Quality at Cummins, Inc., where they led the operational and quality functions for 15 global manufacturing sites. Additionally, they worked as the Assistant General Manager of Vehicle Operations at Ford Motor Company, where they played a key role in the manufacturing and distribution of vehicles worldwide.

Lisa Roccki has an MBA in Business Administration from Butler University and a B.S.M.E. in Mechanical Engineering from Purdue University.
