Naveen Shivalingaiah

Naveen Shivalingaiah is an experienced procurement and supply chain professional with a strong background in the oil and gas industry. Currently serving as a Senior Procurement Manager at CECO Environmental Corporation since March 2015, responsibilities include identifying and developing new fabricators across the Middle East, Asia Pacific, and Europe, as well as subcontracting pressure vessels and related packages. Prior experience encompasses roles such as Team Lead for Warehouse and Inventory Management and Supply Chain Analyst at Proserv, handling procurement for notable clients including Shell and ARAMCO. Earlier positions also include Estimation & Execution Engineer at Technical Parts, managing bid submissions for major projects, and Engineer-Proposal & Sales at Interplex Industries, where bid preparation and project management were key tasks.
