Nienke Feenstra

Nienke Feenstra is an experienced HR professional currently serving as an HR-adviseur at CED since October 2021. Prior to this role, Nienke worked as an HR Support Associate at Danone from June 2020 to October 2021 and as an HR-consultant at EY from January 2019 to January 2020. Nienke's earlier experience includes roles as a Customer Success Manager at BrainCompass and an HRM intern at CED, where a graduation research project focused on the performance and evaluation cycle of employees. Nienke also undertook internships at ANWB and Veiligheidsregio Haaglanden. Educational qualifications include a Master of Science in Arbeid, Organisatie en Management from Erasmus University Rotterdam, a Pre-master in Sociology from the same institution, and a Bachelor of Business Administration in Human Resource Management from Rotterdam University of Applied Sciences.
