Amanda Olthoff

Amanda Olthoff has over a decade of experience in the hospitality industry, currently serving as the Senior Manager of Culture + Hospitality at Cedar Lakes Estate since April 2016. Previous roles at Cedar Lakes Estate include Dining Room Manager, Hospitality Manager, and Catering Manager/Lead Server. Prior experience includes Merchandise Manager at Saratoga Performing Arts Center from May 2005 to May 2017 and Dining Room Supervisor at Twin Farms from September 2013 to February 2015. Amanda also held the position of Head Server at PHP The Point Resort LLC from May 2010 to May 2013. Amanda holds a degree in Hotel, Resort, Tourism, Culinary Management, and Hospitality from Paul Smith's College, earned between 2006 and 2010.
