Steve Rallison

Chair, Board of Trustees at Cedar Sinai Park

Steve is the founder of Performance Improvement Resources LLC, an 18-year-old company focused on helping healthcare organizations with strategic positioning, governance, and operational issues.

Rallison was born in Utah, and moved to Oregon in 1957. He has a bachelor of science in sociology from Brigham Young University, and a master’s of health administration from Washington University in St. Louis.

His 30 plus years of healthcare experience include leading large hospitals in Illinois and Michigan, leading a large multispecialty group practice in Minnesota and consulting throughout the United States.

He is a diplomat with the American College of Healthcare Executives and a member of Medical Group Management Association. In 2003-2005, he was name to the prestigious Board of Examiners for the Malcolm Baldrige National Quality Award as a healthcare expert, and was selected as a senior examiner for the Malcolm Baldrige National Quality Award in 2006-2008.
