Jay Hayston, LP.D has a diverse work experience spanning various roles and industries. Jay is currently serving as the President & CEO of Cedarcrest Center for Children with Disabilities. Jay is also an Adjunct Professor at Northeastern University College of Professional Studies.

Jay Hayston, LP.D has a diverse education history. Jay obtained a Doctor of Law & Policy degree from Northeastern University between 2017 and 2019. Prior to that, they completed a Master of Business Administration (MBA) with a focus on Organizational Strategy at Strayer University from 2014 to 2016. In 2011 to 2013, Jay earned a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) in Psychology from Lesley University.

Besides their formal education, Jay also holds various certifications. In March 2017, they obtained certification in First Aid/CPR/AED from the American Heart Association | American Stroke Association. Additionally, in February 2017, they became certified as a First Aid/CPR/AED Instructor through the American Red Cross. In October 2016, Jay obtained certification in Nonviolent Physical Crisis Intervention from the Crisis Prevention Institute. Lastly, in January 2015, they became certified as a Nonviolent Physical Crisis Intervention Instructor, also from the Crisis Prevention Institute.
