Executive Vice President at Cedarlane Natural Foods

Eric Kopelow has over 35 years of experience in the food production industry. Eric began their career in 1983 as an Executive Chef at Atlantic City Trumps Castle and Casino. In 1985, they moved to United Airlines as Corporate Executive Chef International World Wide. In 2001, they joined Universal Studios Hollywood as Vice President Food Operations/Corporate Executive Chef. In 2018, they became Executive Chef / Director of Culinary at gategroup. In 2020, they were appointed Chief Operating Officer at Gourmet Foods Inc. Most recently, in 2021, they joined CEDARLANE NATURAL FOODS INC as Executive Vice President, where they are responsible for helping to achieve financial goals and objectives and increase operating performance.

Eric Kopelow attended The Culinary Institute of America from 1978 to 1980. In 1988, they obtained a certification from the American Culinary Federation.
