Tara M. O'Shea has extensive experience in the field of HR and personnel management. Tara M. began their career at Boston University in 1993 as an Academic Appointments Analyst. Tara M. then moved on to Harvard Business School in 1995, where they served as an Assistant Director of Faculty Administration until 2000. From 2000 to 2005, they worked at the University of California, Los Angeles as the Director of Academic Personnel.
