Tara M. O'Shea

Tara M. O'Shea has extensive experience in the field of HR and personnel management. Tara M. began their career at Boston University in 1993 as an Academic Appointments Analyst. Tara M. then moved on to Harvard Business School in 1995, where they served as an Assistant Director of Faculty Administration until 2000. From 2000 to 2005, they worked at the University of California, Los Angeles as the Director of Academic Personnel. Since 2005, they have been with Cedars Sinai Health System in Los Angeles, where they hold the position of Vice President of Human Resources. In this role, they lead a team of 60 professionals responsible for HR service delivery and the business partner function for the health systems' 16,000 employees.

Tara M. O'Shea has taken graduate courses in an unspecified field of study at Boston University. Tara M. has also completed the Business Officers Institute program at UCLA.
