Richard then became the General Manager at Versacold Distribution Services, a role they held until 2015. Richard then worked at Scotts Canada Ltd, first as the Head of Canadian Retail and Professional Sales for the Fafard et Freres Division, and later as the Head of Scotts Professional Growing Media Sales for Canada and the USA. In 2018, they became the VP of Sales, Marketing, and Operations at Vitanimal Inc. Richard'smost recent position is the Director of Operations and Strategic Accounts at Cedric Millar Integrated Solutions, where they have been since 2022. Throughout their career, Richard has demonstrated expertise in supply chain management, sales, and strategic account management.
