Anik Stalmans

Anik Stalmans currently serves as a Fellow at Hasselt University since February 2023 and has held various senior leadership roles at Cegeka since September 1998, culminating in the position of Chief HR & ESG Officer. Stalmans has extensive experience in change management, service management outsourcing, and HR leadership, including roles such as CHRO and HR Director for Belgium and the Netherlands. Previous experience includes positions at Pears Plastics as a Cost Controller and Graydon as a Sales Engineer. Stalmans holds a Master's degree in Handelsingenieur from Hasselt University and completed the Advanced Management Program at Vlerick Business School, along with participating in Sustainability Studies at the same institution.
