Herve Pamart has a diverse work experience spanning over several companies and roles. Herve is currently working at Cegid as the Head of HR Innovation Factory, overseeing the development of new products and maintaining payroll software. Prior to this, they worked as the Director of Software Development at Cegid, where they led the development of HR payroll solutions.
Before joining Cegid, Herve worked as the CEO of PAMART Consulting, where they served as a Senior HR Consultant. Herve also worked as a freelance Senior Human Resources Consultant. Earlier in their career, they held positions at Texelia - Telenium Group as a Service Manager for HR software solutions and at HR Path as a Project Manager for HR ERP implementation.
Herve also has experience working as an HRIS Consultant at Crédit Mutuel Nord Europe and as the Director of R&D Development and Development Team Leader at HR Access (a Sopra Group company). Herve started their career as a Consultant HRIS at Fidelity Investments and as a Senior Consultant at IBM. Prior to these roles, they worked as a freelance Senior Consultant.
Herve Pamart earned a Bachelor's degree in Mathematics and Computer Science (DEUG A - SSM) from Université Polytechnique Hauts-de-France, where they studied from 1990 to 1993. Subsequently, they obtained a Master's degree in Computer Science (Master Informatica) from the same university, completing their studies from 1993 to 1997.
