Naresh Puthi

Naresh Puthi has extensive work experience in the software engineering field. Naresh began their career in Conrep, Inc. as a Senior PHP Programmer from 2007 to 2012 before becoming a Technical Lead from 2012 to 2014. In these roles, they supervised architecture, design, and implementation of company-wide platforms and applications, led DevOps teams, and collaborated to identify and fix technical issues. Naresh then joined Ceipal as a Software Engineering Manager from 2019 to 2021, where they established criteria for developmental progress, conceptualized and deployed enhanced product features, and coordinated project planning and execution. Naresh then became a Senior Software Engineering Manager from 2021 to 2023, collaborating closely with Product Owners and leading performance management initiatives. Currently, they serve as the Director of Engineering at Ceipal, overseeing all aspects of engineering for product development, making significant design decisions, analyzing requirements, and defining the product roadmap.

Naresh Puthi obtained a B.Tech degree in Computer Science & Information Technology from Jawaharlal Nehru Technological University, studying from 2002 to 2006. Naresh Puthi also earned a certification as a Certified Associate in Project Management (CAPM) from the Project Management Institute in 2022.
