Christian Regius

Christian Regius is a highly experienced professional in process safety, currently serving as a Senior Engineer in Process Safety at Celanese since May 2017. Responsibilities include supporting site and plant management, leading root cause analysis, conducting safety assessments, and enhancing process safety awareness through training. Previously, Christian held significant roles at consilab Gesellschaft für Anlagensicherheit mbH as a Process Safety Consultant, at Pfizer as a Senior Scientist in Process Safety & Reaction Engineering, and at Siemens as a Process Safety Engineer. Christian's extensive background also includes a tenure at Rhodia as a Process Safety Expert and Project Leader, where contributions included restructuring the Process Safety Laboratory and developing processes for phosphorus compounds. An academic foundation in chemistry was established with a PhD and Diplom from the Technical University of Munich.
