Kevin Norfleet

Kevin Norfleet serves as the Global Sustainability Director at Celanese since June 2008, overseeing sustainability initiatives for a $6 billion global chemicals business. With a proven track record in delivering impactful sustainability solutions, Norfleet previously held roles such as Senior Program Manager, where leadership led to the launch of Celanese's first biomass-balance product, and Senior Business Manager for the Americas Nylon business. Additional experience includes strategic sourcing leadership, where management of a diverse product portfolio resulted in significant cost savings, and roles in commercial management and customer product support. Norfleet's educational background includes a BS in Chemical Engineering from Virginia Tech, earned in 2008.
