Enterprise Project Management

Enterprise Project Management has worked in the financial industry for over four years, most recently with Celcom Axiata Berhad. They have experience working closely with regional business VPs and managing transformational change and re-engineering projects for the global banking and markets business portfolio. Enterprise Project Management has also overseen change projects for back-office processing teams across London, Manila, Kuala Lumpur, and CyberJaya.

Some of the key initiatives that Enterprise Project Management has been involved in include business process offshoring/readiness & integration, business target structure restructuring & BCP, elimination of non-value add BAU printing, incorporation of e-Checklist as a line control daily process risk exposure & integrity checkpoint, and standardisation of key risk indicator scorecard across the business & hubs for global business intelligence MI reporting in hubs and HQ ManCom.

Enterprise Project Management reports to Kamal Khalid, Chief Corporate & Transformation Officer. They work with Government Affairs - Government Affairs, Ethics & Privacy - Ethics & Privacy, and Sustainability - Sustainability.
