Preethaa K M started their work experience in 2010 at Kryptos as an HR role from August 2010 to August 2011. Preethaa then joined D4t4 Solutions Plc in November 2013 as an HR & Admin. In February 2022, they were promoted to the role of Assistant Manager - HR at D4t4 Solutions Plc and is currently in this position.

Preethaa K M completed their Bachelor of Laws (LLB General) from Annamalai University between 2018 and 2020. Before that, they pursued a Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Human Resources (HR) from the University of Madras from 2007 to 2009. Additionally, they obtained their Bachelor of Science (B.Sc) in Computer Science from Anna Adarsh College For Women during the period of 2004 to 2007.
