Jeffrey Hunt

Mr. Hunt is a Managing Director of Atlantic Merchant Capital Advisors, LLC. Mr. Hunt has a vast amount of experience in assisting, analyzing and advising public and private middle market companies with various strategic alternatives regarding the debt and equity capital markets, mergers & acquisitions, and restructuring alternatives. Mr. Hunt served from 1998 to 2012 in various capacities at Kendrick Pierce & Co., a boutique investment banking firm serving middle market companies, of which he was a founding partner. From 2006 through 2012, Mr. Hunt served as President of Kendrick Pierce & Co and co-managed the firm.

Mr. Hunt graduated from the Georgia Institute of Technology with a bachelor of science in chemistry and a secondary focus in industrial psychology and earth & atmospheric sciences.
