Shakil established various departments, including design, engineering, project management, supply chain, manufacturing, and aftermarket. Under their leadership, the business achieved a volume growth of over 30% in two years.

From 2014 to 2020, they worked as the Director of Operation, Clyde Union Pumps Americas at SPX Corporation. Here, they oversaw the operations and contributed to the growth and success of the company.

In 2017, they became the Site Executive at SPXFLOW, where they continued to excel in their role until 2020.

Most recently, in 2020, they joined Celeros Flow Technology as the Director of Manufacturing Operations.
