James Coleman

James Coleman, Senior Corporate Recruiter, spearheads Celestar Corporation’s talent management strategies. As a critical partner to the organization, James brings 20 years of experience implementing recruiting strategies and instituting best practices within the industry ensuring the Celestar Corporation staffing goals are met with quality personnel. He accomplishes the overall mission objectives by establishing and maintaining a network comprised of colleagues, partner corporations, Human Resource Managers and interested candidates.

Mr. Coleman retired from the U.S. Marine Corps after 24 years of service. James served with distinction while serving tours of duty at 2nd Force Service Support Group (Fleet Marine Force, Atlantic); 3rd Marine Division (Japan); U.S. Central Command (Tampa, FL); and the Middle East.

James holds a Bachelor of Arts in History from the University of South Florida.
