Richard Henrichsen

Richard Henrichsen is the Director National Capital Region and SIA3 Program Manager. He provides corporate oversite over multiple programs supporting the Defense Intelligence Enterprise. In addition to ensuring mission success through efficient contract execution, he supports business growth by supporting the full spectrum of business development activities.

Mr. Henrichsen has over 25 years of experience supporting the military and intelligence community, with a focus on Defense Counterterrorism and HUMINT. He is a certified Program Management Professional with multiple intermediate certifications in Information Technology Service Management (ITSM). He has helped large and small businesses execute and grow diverse portfolios ranging from large counterterrorism programs with hundreds of personnel at multiple CONUS and OCONUS locations, to smaller highly technical, full-spectrum cyber operations.

Mr. Henrichsen started his career in the U.S. Air Force where he was a Cryptologic Linguist. He holds a Graduate Certificate in Terrorism Analysis from the University of Maryland and a BA in European Studies from Brigham Young University.
