Neil Fletcher

Neil Fletcher is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in project management and operations within the travel and consulting sectors. Currently serving as Product and Revenue Projects Manager at Celestyal since June 2025, Neil previously held various roles at Virgin Atlantic, including Retail Performance & Operations Manager and Airport Relations & Development Manager. Prior to that, significant contributions were made at Virgin Holidays as Retail Operations Manager and Senior Project Manager in the Business Strategy & Project Delivery team.
