Carlos Reis has a diverse work experience in the telecommunications and engineering sectors. Carlos held roles such as Head of Delivery PMO at Celfinet, Global Service Delivery Manager at Celfinet UK Telecommunications Consulting Services, Telecommunications Engineer at MEO, PT, and Product Engineer at VISTEON Portuguesa. Additionally, they served as a Technical Responsible Engineer for Elektor Portugal magazine at Editorial Bolina and as an Electronics technician at Petrotec (Portugal).

Carlos Reis holds a Degree of Electronics and Telecommunication Systems Engineering from ISEL - Instituto Superior De Engenharia De Lisboa. Carlos also completed a Training Course for Trainers at CDRH - Consultores Associados LDA, Lisboa (Portugal). Prior to that, they pursued a Technical and Professional Course of Electronics at Secondary School Emídio Navarro, Almada (Portugal).
