Paulo Fraga

Paulo Fraga has extensive experience in software engineering and architecture, currently serving as a Solutions Architect at Celfinet - Cyient since October 2017. Prior to this role, Paulo held positions as Team Leader and Senior Software Engineer at Aubay France, contributing to the development of a mobility platform. As a co-founder and Lead Software Engineer at ABBAN - Innovation Technology Labs, Paulo played a key role in establishing a company and developing a communications platform and Omnichannel Cloud Contact Center product, focusing on R&D for the first two and a half years. Earlier positions include Team Leader and Software Architect at Novabase, where Paulo managed projects in the Content Management Area, and various technical roles at CDP-SI and Portugal Telecom involving document and knowledge management solutions. Paulo began a career in technology as a Software Developer at Megamedia and Tecnidata and served as a Communications Specialist in the Portuguese Army and UNAVEM III. Education was completed at ISTEC.
