Johnny Crain

Johnny Crain is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in account management and customer success, currently serving as an Account Manager and former Customer Success Manager at Celigo since May 2023. Prior to this role, Johnny was a Customer Success Manager and one of the first hires in Business Development at Voyage SMS, where innovative SMS solutions were developed for leading eCommerce brands. Additionally, significant contributions were made at TWB Running as Co-Partner and Director of Sales & Retention, and as a Business Development Representative at Chargeback, where a notable conversion rate and $15 million pipeline were achieved. As a Professional Athlete with ZAP Fitness Foundation Inc., Johnny qualified for four US Olympic Team Trials and earned the title of 2019 Elliptigo World Champion. Educational achievements include a Master of Education in Intercollegiate Athletics from the University of Oklahoma and a Bachelor of Arts in Sociology and Anthropology from North Central College.
