Nyki Boone

Nyki Boone has extensive work experience in various roles and industries. They started their career at Midwest Printing in 1999 as an Outside Sales/Graphic Designer, where they developed new business leads and maintained client relationships. In 2003, they joined Pratt Corporation as a Process Designer/Project Manager, where they facilitated and managed multi-store programs for national and global retailers. From 2011 to 2017, Nyki worked at Luxent as an Account Manager, focusing on customer advocacy and project management. Since 2017, they have been with Celigo, starting as a Technical Implementation Consultant and then progressing to Senior Project Manager and PS Project Manager Lead. In these roles, they have managed a variety of projects, facilitated knowledge transfer, ensured project scope, and delivered change orders to clients. Overall, Nyki Boone brings a wealth of experience in project management and customer service to their work.

Nyki Boone has a background in Elementary Education/Special Education from Indiana State University and Design and Visual Communications from Ivy Tech Community College. In addition, they have obtained certifications in Salesforce, such as Salesforce Certified Administrator and various Salesforce Trailhead courses.
