Fausta Mengoni

Fausta Mengoni is a seasoned professional in Human Resources with extensive experience in various managerial roles. Currently serving as the Industrial Human Resources Director and previously as a Senior HR Generalist at CELINE since September 2011 in Florence, Italy, Mengoni has a strong background in employee training and development, having held the position of Training & Development Manager at GKN Driveline in both Vigo and Florence from July 2002 to February 2009. Earlier career experience includes working as a Human Resources Specialist at Dayco from July 1997 to June 2002. Mengoni holds a Master's degree in Business Management & Organization (1996-1997) and a Laurea in Economy & Banking (1986-1995) from the Università degli Studi di Siena, complemented by a diploma from Liceo Scientifico (1981-1986).
