Reaiah Brown Johnson

Reaiah Brown Johnson is a seasoned professional in talent management and organizational development with extensive experience in various leadership roles. Currently serving as the Head of Global Talent Management and Diversity Equity & Inclusion at Cell Signaling Technology since September 2022, Reaiah previously held consulting and leadership positions at Blumenthal Holdings, including Interim Finance Leader and Vice President of Talent Management and Development. Reaiah's prior experience includes significant roles at RSC Chemical Solutions and The Boeing Company, where comprehensive HR strategies and employee engagement initiatives were successfully implemented. Reaiah obtained a Master of Science in Organizational Behavior & Executive Coaching from The University of Texas at Dallas and holds multiple certifications in lean and Six Sigma methodologies, supported by a Bachelor’s degree in Management Information Science from Claflin University.
