Emmanuel Buys, PhD has extensive experience in the field of research and development, with roles at various prestigious institutions. Emmanuel has held positions such as Senior Director at Cellarity, Director at Cyclerion, Principal Investigator at Ironwood Pharmaceuticals, and Associate Member at the Broad Institute. Their academic background includes roles at Harvard Medical School and Massachusetts General Hospital, where they served in various positions focusing on anesthesia, ophthalmology, and biochemistry. Emmanuel Buys, PhD, earned a Bachelor's degree in Biology from Ghent University in 1994, followed by a Master's degree in Biotechnology in 1996 from the same institution. Emmanuel then went on to complete their Doctor of Philosophy (Ph.D.) in Science, Biotechnology at Ghent University in 2003.
