Srinivasa Rao Rekapalli

Srinivasa Rao Rekapalli is the Director of Operations for the Indian arm of CellarStone. He is responsible for driving growth and differentiation across all divisions at CellarStone India. Overseeing India business operations include the following departments: Development, Quality Assurance, Human Resources, Marketing, Sales, Customer Success, and Finance. He is responsible for the daily operations at CellarStone India. He is also one of the key contributors in CellarStone's first round of funding with Lighter Capital.

Srini was able to double the staff with the use of a smoother recruitment process. He's been able to partner with various recruiting companies in getting key resources. He formulated, built new departments within the organization, and participated in various incubation programs organized by TIE (The Indus Enterpreneurs), Chennai. Srini has a lot of interest in alternate energy resources and thus, has engaged with EIA (Energy Alternatives India), Chennai.

Srini holds a Bachelor degree in Engineering from Sr Venkateswara University.
