Henry Marsh

Henry Marsh has an extensive work experience in the biotechnology and pharmaceutical industry. Henry served as the Vice President of Research at Celldex Therapeutics, Inc. from 2008 onwards. Prior to that, they held the same position at AVANT Immunotherapeutics, Inc. for ten years from 1998 to 2008. Before joining AVANT Immunotherapeutics, Inc., Henry was the Senior Director of Immunobiology at T-Cell Sciences for twelve years from 1986 to 1998. Henry started their career as a Senior Scientist at Abbott Laboratories from 1983 to 1986. Prior to that, they worked as a Chemist at RTI International from 1973 to 1975.

Henry Marsh completed their Bachelor of Arts degree in Chemistry from the University of Virginia from 1969 to 1973. Henry then pursued a Ph.D in Biological Chemistry at the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill from 1975 to 1980. Following that, they studied Physical Biochemistry at Cornell University from 1980 to 1983, but did not complete a degree in this field.
