Aaditya Nanduri

Aaditya Nanduri has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries. Aaditya is currently the VP of Business Strategy and Analytics at Cellectar Biosciences, Inc. starting in October 2023. Prior to this role, they were the Global Head of Digital PV & Decision Support at BeiGene from February 2021 to October 2023. Before that, Aaditya worked as an Independent Consultant from August 2020 to February 2021. Aaditya also held various positions at Celgene, including Director of US Hematology, Strategic Planning & Decision Analysis from October 2019 to August 2020, Associate Director of US HemOnc, Brand Analytics from March 2018 to October 2019, and Senior Manager of US Strategic Planning & Decision Analysis from April 2017 to March 2018. Aaditya started their career as a Senior Consultant at EY from May 2015 to April 2017. Prior to that, they worked as an Analytics Consultant at AIG from November 2012 to May 2015. Aaditya's early experience includes working as a Statistical Analyst at Aflac from November 2011 to November 2012, where they were responsible for analytics workstreams, forecasting, statistical modeling, and constructing predictive models.

Aaditya Nanduri completed a Bachelor of Arts degree in Economics, Mathematics with a minor in Statistics at Rutgers University. Afterwards, they pursued a Master of Science degree in Statistics at Rutgers University for the duration of 2013 to 2014. Later, they attended NYU Stern School of Business and graduated in 2018, earning a degree in Decision Modeling in Business Analytics.
