Sudhachandra Masna

Sudhachandra Masna has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries. They most recently worked at CelLink Corporation as a Sustaining Process Engineer. Prior to that, they were a Manufacturing Engineer II at ARi. They also have experience as a Manufacturing Engineer at US Tarp, Inc., where they were involved in process improvement and designing plant layouts. Sudhachandra has also worked as a Teaching Assistant at Michigan Technological University, where they taught physics concepts and assisted students in lab experiments. Earlier in their career, they were a Deputy Manager at MG Motor India Pvt. Ltd., where they analyzed blueprints, negotiated with suppliers, and ensured quality standards. They began their professional journey as a Graduate Apprentice Trainee at Mahindra and Mahindra Limited, where they supervised assembly line operations for light commercial vehicles.

Sudhachandra Masna completed their Bachelor of Engineering (B.E.) in Automotive Engineering Technology/Technician from Osmania University in the years 2012 to 2016. Later, they pursued a Master of Science (MS) degree in Mechanical Engineering from Michigan Technological University from 2019 to 2020.

In addition to their formal education, Sudhachandra Masna has obtained several certifications. In August 2018, they received the "Awareness on Process Failure Modes, Effects and Analysis" certification from Omnex India Pvt. Ltd. Subsequently, they completed various courses related to Six Sigma, including "Six Sigma and the Organization (Advanced)" in April 2020, "Six Sigma Advanced Define and Measure Phases" in May 2020, "Six Sigma Advanced Analyze Phase" in June 2020, "Six Sigma Advanced Improve and Control Phases" in January 2022, and "Six Sigma Green Belt Specialization" also in January 2022. Furthermore, they received the "Advanced RCR Training" certification from the CITI Program, A Division of BRANY in December 2020.
