Philipp Neusser began their work experience as an Intern at WIT Associés in 2013, where they were responsible for launching a website and optimizing its performance. In 2014, they worked as an Intern at adidas Group in sales and licensing. Philipp then became the Co-Founder of Jamalo UG in 2014. From 2014 to 2015, they served as the Digital Brand Communication Coordinator at Brooks Running. Philipp then worked as a Group Manager at ConnectMinds from 2015 to 2016. In 2016, they interned at T-Systems Multimedia Solutions GmbH in social business technologies. Philipp joined Another Monday | Intelligent Automation in 2017 as a Marketing Manager and later became the Team Lead for Marketing. Philipp then worked at BASF as the Venture Leader for the Digital Incubation Unit from 2019 to 2021, and as the Team Lead for Digital Enablement from 2021 to 2022. Currently, Philipp Neusser is the Head of People at Cello, a user-led growth platform for businesses.
Philipp Neusser completed their education in a chronological order. From 2015 to 2017, they attended Aarhus University, where they pursued a Master of Science (M.S.) degree in Business Administration and Economics, with a specialization in Strategy, Organisation, and Leadership. Prior to that, from 2011 to 2015, they studied at FH Münster, earning a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree in the European Business Program. In addition, during the academic year 2012-2013, they enrolled at EM Normandie Business School, where they obtained another Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree in Mangement Européen.
