Changwan Park

ChangWan Park has extensive experience in the Human Resources field, with a focus on global HR management, compensation and benefits, talent acquisition, legal and compliance. From 2016 onwards, ChangWan Park worked as the Head of HR & GA Department at Celltrion Healthcare Co.,Ltd., a company that develops biosimilar and innovative biopharmaceutical medications. Prior to that, from 2012 to 2016, Park worked as an HR Supervisor at BorgWarner Inc., a global leader in powertrain solutions. Before joining BorgWarner, Park gained experience as an HR Generalist at Hansung Enterprise Co., Ltd. from 2001 to 2012.

ChangWan Park obtained a Bachelor's degree in International Business from Hankuk University of Foreign Studies, where they studied from 1999 to 2001. In addition, they obtained a certification in SPHR from the HR Certification Institute - HRCI in January 2015.
