Chris Ferraro is currently the Chief Restructuring Officer, CFO & Interim CEO at [Celsius](/org/celsius-network). Prior to this, they were with Day1AG from September 2019 to March 2022, where they developed profitability strategies for two legacy portfolio companies, worked closely with the CEO/CFO to implement strategies including the repricing or exiting of products, restructuring costs and balance sheet optimization, and improved the funds transfer pricing, capital and cost allocation processes. Chris also has experience as an auditor with Arthur Andersen & Co. from June 1998 to September 2000 and as Managing Director - Head of FP&A with JPMorgan Chase & Co. from February 2001 to November 2018. In addition, they were an early investor and contributor with Light In The Attic Records & Distribution from January 2003 to January 2008.

Amir Ayalon is the current head of Corporate Development at Celsius. Prior to this, they were a Senior Advisor at Bride Valley Partners in London from August 2015 to June 2021. Amir has also been the CEO of Sphera Funds Management from April 2011 to April 2015, and a Board Member of BioHarvest (Fruitura Bioscience) Ltd from January 2011 to April 2015. After completing their undergraduate studies in Accounting and Economics at [Tel Aviv University](/org/tel-aviv-university), Amir Ayalon pursued a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) at [Duke University](/org/duke-university)'s Fuqua School of Business. Upon graduating from Duke, Ayalon became a Certified Public Accountant (CPA).

Carl Hua joins [Celsius](/org/celsius-network) with more than a decade of high-rigor engineering experience to lead [Celsius](/org/celsius-network)’s next-generation DeFi research effort.

Most recently, he led the research and development effort at RippleX, which is Ripple’s open-source/developers platform business unit. He also co-managed the C++ (XRP Ledger) team during his time at Ripple. Prior to Ripple, Carl was the CTO for Logos Network – a first-layer, high-performance blockchain company. which was later acquired by Ripple. Earlier in his career, he contributed to the next-generation real-time flight software for the Europa mission at JPL NASA. He also has led engineering teams developing flight software at [Northrop Grumman](/org/northrop-grumman). On his time off, Carl advises early-stage start-ups to help them navigate the blockchain space. Most recently, Carl has been an advisor to the physical asset NFT company 4K.com. He holds an M.S. in System Engineering from UCLA and a Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science from UCR.

Bodnar most recently served as Chief Solutions Officer at [Globant](/org/globant). At [Globant](/org/globant), Bodnar led the company's digital solutions strategy, built a global tech delivery footprint, and helped companies from different industries deliver customer-centric products and transformational programs. He also implemented the required IT functions, systems, and processes needed for the company's IPO.

Prior to his work at [Globant](/org/globant), Bodnar was CIO of Arbinet, where he built the largest computer-based telecommunications exchange and trading platform, processing billions of transactions. He also built the compliance platform required for the company's IPO.

Oren Blonstein is the Chief Compliance Officer at [Celsius](/org/celsius-network). Oren has over 20 years of experience in product, operations and compliance consulting, working with companies in the FinTech and Crypto industries.

Blonstein began their career in consulting, working with various companies on product, operations and compliance projects. In 2020, they joined [Avalanche](/org/avalanche) as an Advisor, where they worked with the founding team to create the product positioning strategy, develop the money transmitter license acquisition strategy, and hire and train the exchange operations and compliance teams.

In January 2021, Blonstein joined [Celsius](/org/celsius-network) as the Chief Compliance Officer. In this role, they are responsible for overseeing all compliance-related matters for the company.

Aslihan Denizkurdu is the current Chief Operating Officer and Head of Risk Governance at [Celsius](/org/celsius-network). Aslihan was previously a Senior Equity Research Analyst at [AllianceBernstein](/org/alliancebernstein) from May 2006 to June 2011, where they advised the U.S. Treasury Department on the portfolio management of the Troubled Asset Relief Program. From July 2011 to December 2021, they were a Managing Director at Citi.

Chad Walls is currently the Director of Business Development at [Celsius](/org/celsius-network). Prior to that, they were a Senior Business Development Executive at AiX from July 2019 to July 2020. There, they were responsible for building and maintaining an ecosystem of market makers and price takers on the AiX system, providing insight and feedback into new product development and competitive positioning, and constantly prospecting for fresh client business. From 2010 to 2019, Chad Walls was an Executive Director at Crédit Agricole CIB, where they were responsible for pricing and risk management of the global spot, forwards and options books during the Asian time zone, as well as client servicing through competitive pricing and joint effort with the sales team to support voice and electronic business development.

Trunshedda W. Ramos is the Chief Human Resources Officer at Celsius. Trunshedda has over 20 years of experience in Human Resources, with a focus on Employee Engagement and Employee Relations.

Trunshedda began their career as a Marketing Manager at SmartSynch, Inc. In 2007, they transitioned to Georgia-Pacific LLC as their Corporate HR Manager/Employee Relations/Compliance. In this role, they were responsible for the strategic management of the HR function with a focus on employee engagement and employee relations.

In 2015, Trunshedda joined First Data Corporation as their Director of Employee Relations. In this role, they were responsible for the strategic leadership of the Employee and Labor Relations team globally.

In October 2015, Trunshedda joined [Marriott International](/org/marriott-international) as their Director of Human Resources. In this role, they were responsible for providing strategic management of the HR function with a focus on Employee Engagement and Employee Relations.

In January 2017, Trunshedda joined NCR Corporation as their Executive Director of HR. In this role, they were responsible for providing strategic leadership of the HRBP teams providing support across all functions and businesses.

Ron also served as a Board Member at the Israeli American Council (IAC) from March 2014 to March 2021. The mission of the IAC is to build an engaged and united Israeli-American community that strengthens our next generations, the American Jewish community, and the State of Israel. Prior to their work at the IAC, Deutsch was a Shareholder at Greenberg Traurig, LLP from January 2014 to July 2016. Prior to this, they were the Senior Director of Product Engineering at OTORIO from August 2019 to March 2020. Before that, they were the Chief Technology Officer and Dark Web Intelligence at [BlueVoyant](/org/bluevoyant) from July 2017 to July 2019. Shiran was also a founding member of [BlueVoyant](/org/bluevoyant). From April 2015 to July 2017, they were the Chief Technology Officer and Director of Cyber Defense at [K2 Integrity](/org/k2integrity). He was previously the Finance Risk Officer at the company, where he managed financial risks for $10bn portfolio of assets in USD and multiple cryptocurrencies. He holds a BA in Economics and Mathematics from [Claremont McKenna College](/org/cmc) and an MBA from University of Chicago Booth School of Business.

Rodney Sunada-Wong is the Chief Risk Officer for Celsius Network, and teaches a grad-level course in Corporate Finance at [Columbia University](/org/columbia-university)’s IEOR school, and in Modeling Bonds and Securitized Products at NYU’s Courant Institute.

Previously, he was the CRO of [Morgan Stanley](/org/morgan-stanley)’s Broker Dealer and Swap Dealers.  Prior to that he oversaw market risk for the deposit-taking banks, and the Wealth Management and Global Treasury divisions, and before that, for Merrill Lynch’s deposit-taking banks.   Mr. Sunada-Wong began his risk management career at Commodities Corporation (Goldman Sachs Hedge Fund Strategies) and at Bankers Trust.  He received his MBA in Finance from [Cornell University](/org/cornell-university)’s Johnson Graduate School of Management, and his AB from Harvard College.

Leah Jonas is currently the Head of Global Partnerships at [Celsius](/org/celsius-network). Prior to their current role, they served as the Strategic Account Director at FiveStars and Marketing and Event Coordinator at Epernay Lounge.

Leah has always been driven by their passion to help others. This is evident in their work history, as they have always taken on roles that involve coordination and planning. Leah’s experience with event planning led their to spearhead a complete restructure of event processes, which resulted in a 20% increase in revenue from events over an 8 month period.

Aliza Landes has spent the majority of her professional career as an officer in the Israel Defense Forces, where she has served at the nexus of defense policy, communications strategy and international relations. She founded the IDF’s digital media department in 2009 and, as its commander, revolutionized the IDF’s public relations efforts. Initially a side project, she grew the desk to 10 soldiers and the IDFs social media platforms to millions of views and followers. After her army service, she completed a dual Masters degree from Harvard Kennedy School of Government (MPP) and MIT Sloan Business School (MBA). Prior to joining [Celsius](/org/celsius-network) Aliza served as CMO of Asia Times Online.

Nuke is a seasoned software developer, architect, innovator, and entrepreneur in cutting-edge technologies. His career ranges from image processing and AI to IoT and blockchain. Prior to his work on the Celsius crypto assets lending and borrowing platform he designed P2P credit protocols using distributed storage and smart-contracts. Nuke was the CEO and founder of Sevenpop, a leading interactive music technology provider to hundreds of hotels and shopping centers across Israel. Nuke holds a B.Sc. in computer science from the Technion in Haifa (Israel’s most elite Institute of Technology). He also has black belts in Kempo Karate and Combat Ju-Jitsu. In addition, he has been awarded a grant by the [National Science Foundation](/org/national-science-foundation).

John Arce is the Head of Marketing for Asia at [Celsius](/org/celsius-network). John has over 5 years of experience in marketing, and has held positions at various companies including UTRUST, Cardable, Salarium, and [Infoshift](/org/infoshift). At [Celsius](/org/celsius-network), John is responsible for leading the marketing execution, fostering potential strategic partner relationships, researching and analysing competitor activity, suggesting and implementing campaigns to develop brand awareness, and collecting and analysing relevant data to assess the effectiveness of the marketing strategy.
