Juan Betanzo

Juan Betanzo is currently the VP of Finance at Celsius Therapeutics. Prior to joining Celsius, Juan was the Senior Director of Finance and Corporate Development at Enzyvant. Before that, they served as the Director, Head of Financial Planning & Analysis at Merrimack. Juan began their career in finance as the Director, R&D Finance at Travere Therapeutics. Juan then worked as the Senior Manager, Clinical Planning at AVEO Oncology before taking on a role as the Finance and Business Development Summer Associate at STC Biologics Inc. Juan Betanzo spent five years at Monsanto as the Sr. Business Analyst - Latin America North before interning with Toyota in their Operations department. Juan Betanzo is a graduate of MBA Summer Internship program.

Juan Betanzo first attended Universidad Iberoamericana, Mexico City where they earned their B.S. in Business Administration with a Minor in Finance. Afterwards, they attended Harvard University for Biomedical Product Development and graduated in 2013. Finally, they are currently attending Babson F.W. Olin Graduate School of Business for their Full-Time MBA Program.
