Erin Donahue

Sr. Director, Customer Success at Celtra

Erin Donahue has a diverse work experience. Erin started their career at Valley Magazine in 2009 as an Event Director. From 2011 to 2011, they worked as a Multimedia Intern at WPSU-TV/FM and the Local Food Journey Blog. In 2012, they joined PointRoll, a TEGNA company, as a Sales Planner, and later transitioned to become a Marketing Services Associate from 2013 to 2014. Erin then worked as an Account Manager from 2014 to 2016. In 2016, they joined Celtra as a Customer Success Manager, moving up to the position of Sr. Customer Success Manager in 2018. In 2019, they became the Director of Customer Success until 2020 when they were promoted to Sr. Director of Customer Success.

Erin Donahue graduated with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Broadcast Journalism from Penn State University in 2011. Additionally, they obtained various certifications in customer success management from SuccessHACKER, starting from 2020 and continuing through 2023.
