Melissa Piercey

Melissa Piercey is the Director of Data Operations at Celtx. Melissa has over 4 years of experience working with the Salesforce platform. Prior to their current position, they were a Salesforce Developer at Verafin from October 2018 to June 2019. In this role, they worked with a team of developers and representatives from each business pillar to enhance the workflows and processes for all departments using custom development as well as leveraging the built in features of the Salesforce platform. Melissa has also worked as VP Analytics and Data Operations at Celtx and as Business Intelligence at Celtx from March 2015 to October 2018.

Melissa Piercey completed their Bachelor of Science in Computer Science at Memorial University of Newfoundland. Melissa is currently pursuing a career in the field of computer science.

Their manager is Mark Kennedy, CEO. They are on a team with Greg Dawson - VP Software Production, Matt Dove - VP, and Lisa Vatcher - Product Manager.
