Arthur Castiglia's work experience begins in 1994 when they joined the US Navy as a Naval Special Warfare Officer, leading operational units in special warfare operations worldwide. Arthur spent a total of 29 years in the Navy, both as active duty and Reserve.

In 2004, Arthur joined the Orange County Sheriff's Department as a Deputy Sheriff, where they were responsible for patrol operations and served as a member of the SWAT team. Arthur led team elements during high-risk warrants and critical incidents.

In 2016, they became the Chief Executive Officer of Syndicate Alliance, a family of Service-Disabled Veteran Owned Small Businesses specializing in military acquisition solutions. As CEO, they led operations, made strategic decisions, and spearheaded business development and marketing activities.

Most recently, Arthur is serving as the Vice President of Strategic Operations at Celularity Inc. Since January 2020, they have been responsible for directing the company's policies and objectives involving federal government affairs. Arthur has also played a key role in securing government funding for the company's scientific goals and has been the company's representative to executive and legislative branches of government, regulatory bodies, and the military.

Arthur Castiglia earned a Bachelor's degree in Accounting from Fordham University from 1990 to 1994. Arthur later pursued further education at The United States Army War College, where they obtained a Master of Arts degree in Military Strategic Studies, General from 2014 to 2015.
