Adriana Papallo

Adriana Papallo is currently the Senior Partner for Talent, Capability & Analytics at Cement Australia. Prior to this role, Adriana held various positions within icare NSW, including Head of People and Culture, Talent and Performance Manager, and Talent Development Advisor. Adriana also worked as an HR Analyst at Staples Business Advantage, where Adriana analysed annual leave liability data and created reports for different departments. With a Bachelor's Degree in Psychology from Macquarie University, Adriana also served as a Research Assistant, focusing on managing large data sets and developing prevention programs for anxiety and bullying in children.
