The executive team at CEMIG has a long history of experience in law and economics. They have been partners at various law firms, as well as members of boards of directors for companies such as Grupo Tigre and Codemge. They have also held the position of chairman of the board at GASMIG. In terms of education, they have degrees in law and economics from Pontifícia Universidade Católica de São Paulo, Universidade Estadual de Campinas, and Universidade de São Paulo.
