S.m.r Rahman Bappi

S.M.R Rahman Bappi has a diverse range of work experience in the field of human resources and administration. S.M.R RAHMAN most recently served as the Head of HR and Admin at CEMS-Global, starting in May 2023. Prior to that, they held the position of Head of Human Resources at Integrated Development Foundation (IDF) from October 2019. S.M.R RAHMAN also served as the Deputy Program Officer - HRM at UCEP Bangladesh from April 2018 to September 2019. Earlier in their career, they worked as a Sr. Executive - HR at ACME GROUP from September 2017 to February 2018, and as a Sr. Executive - HR & Admin at Techno Drugs Ltd. from February 2016 to September 2017. In addition, they worked as an Officer HR at BRAC from September 2012 to September 2015, and as an HR Intern at HeidelbergCement from June 2012 to August 2012.

S.M.R Rahman Bappi's education history is as follows:

- From 2017 to the present, they attended ICMAB, pursuing a degree in ICMA.

- From 2016 to 2018, they studied at CIHRD, obtaining a Master's Degree in CHRM.

- From 2016 to 2018, they attended Uttara Law College, Dhaka, where they earned a Bachelor of Laws (LLB) degree in Law.

- In 2016, they briefly studied at BIM Dhaka, earning a PGD in HRM.

- In 2015, they participated in HRM Competencies courses at IBA, University of Dhaka.

- From 2011 to 2012, they obtained a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) degree in Human Resource Management from the University of Chittagong.

- From 2006 to 2010, they attended the University of Chittagong, obtaining a Bachelor's Degree in Management Studies.

- In 2005, they completed their HSC from Ispahani Public School & College, Chittagong, specializing in Humanities.

- In 2003, they completed their SSC from BKSP, specializing in Humanities.
