Raju Panjwani

Raju Panjwani has been a director at Cemtrex since September 2016. Prior to that, they were a member of the board of directors at LiveMasterminds Inc. From April 2005 to December 2019, they were the founder and entrepreneur of four start-ups, including outsourcing for the hedge fund industry, cross-border investment banking across mid-market companies, and M&A/growth capital. Raju also served as the chairman of Phoenix India Acquisition Corp. from 2006 to 2008. Prior to their entrepreneurial endeavors, Raju worked at Morgan Stanley from October 1987 to April 2005, where they established the firm's internal control and risk group. Raju also served as the Country Representative and Chief Operating Officer for Morgan Stanley India from 1999 to 2001. In 2003, they pioneered offshoring for the firm in India and established its "Global Knowledge Center."

Raju Panjwani has a commerce degree from Delhi University. Raju also has various certifications from FINRA in finance, economics and accounting. Raju is also a certified public accountant from AICPA.
