Cindy Jimenez Turner has a diverse and extensive work experience spanning over several years. Cindy started their career in political campaign positions as a Campaign Manager from 1996 to 2002. Cindy then served in various roles within the United States Congress from 1996 to 2002. After that, Cindy worked as Deputy Communications Director at the Office of the Democratic Leader Nancy Pelosi from 2002 to 2004. Cindy then joined the U.S. House of Representatives as a Senior Outreach Advisor to House Speaker Nancy Pelosi from 2004 to 2007. Cindy continued their career at Tech America, where they served as VP of Government Relations from 2007 to 2009, focusing on policy issues relevant to the high tech industry. Cindy then transitioned to United Technologies, where they held the positions of Director from 2009 to 2014 and Senior Director from 2014 to 2020. At Raytheon Technologies, Cindy was the Executive Director of Government Relations from 2020 to 2022, leading the aerospace function to impact over $40+B of aerospace business. Currently, Cindy is the Vice President and Head of Government Relations & Public Affairs at Cemvita Factory Inc., where they focus on advancing renewable technologies and spearheading government relations efforts in the areas of energy, sustainability, and hydrogen.

Cindy Jimenez Turner holds a Bachelor's degree in Bachelor of Arts Government & Spanish from The University of Texas at Austin. In 2012, they enrolled in the Business Executive Program at the University of Virginia Darden School of Business. In 2015, they pursued the Global Executive Leaders Program at INSEAD.
