Pablo Philippe, CMRP, currently serves as the Senior Maintenance Manager at Lynas Rare Earths Ltd since November 2022. Prior to this role, Pablo held various positions at Minera Triton Argentina S.A. as Mine Maintenance Chief, and at Newmont Corporation, where responsibilities included Mine Asset Management Superintendent and Mine Maintenance Superintendent focusing on planning, reliability, and fixed equipment. A period of freelance work as a Maintenance & Reliability Specialist followed, alongside a significant tenure at John Crane as Reliability Manager for multiple South American countries, where initiatives focused on improving rotating equipment reliability and customer safety performance. Earlier experience includes roles at The Dow Chemical Company, where project management and maintenance strategy development were key responsibilities. Pablo holds a Mechanical Engineering degree from Universidad Nacional de Rosario and has completed specialized programs in reliability engineering and leadership.
