Milad Mubarak

Milad Mubarak has worked in a variety of roles since 1998. Milad began their career as an Instructor/Developer at IDM Computer Studies Private Limited. In 2002, they joined SasiaNet as a Network Operations Specialist, where they managed file servers, SMTP servers, and Active Directories and maintained computer hardware, software, and related systems. In 2005, they worked as a Data Entry Associate for Mars and as an Admin - Network Operations Center for Roomsnet International in London, United Kingdom. In 2007, they joined Roomsnet International as an Administrator for Operations and IT Infrastructure Library (ITIL). From 2008 to 2011, they worked at Cenango Financials LLC, first as Chief Operating Officer (COO) and then as Head of Projects | Application Developement, where they were responsible for strategic level planning and implementation of project management practices. Milad also served as Senior Manager - Projects and Key Accounts, managing multiple or large-scale complex projects. In 2011, they became a Visiting Lecturer | Mentor | Trainer at Colombo School of Business & Management.

Milad Mubarak has a diverse educational background. In 2000-2001, they obtained a Diploma in Association of Business Executive (ABE UK) Level 1 from ABE. From 2007-2009, they earned a British Computer Society (BCS) in Information Technology from the Chartered Institute for IT. From 2009-2011, they obtained a Msc. Information Systems Management in Information Systems and Management from SLIIT. In 2013-2015, they completed an MBA from the University of Colombo. Additionally, they have obtained certifications from various institutions, including IT Service Management Foundation (ITIL 4) from AXELOS Global Best Practice in October 2019, Project Management Professional (PMP) from Project Management Institute in September 2013, and Microsoft Certified Systems Engineer (MCSE) from Microsoft in February 2002.
