Ann Anaya

Ann Anaya has a diverse work experience spanning over two decades. Ann currently holds the position of SVP and Chief Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion Officer at Cencora starting from January 2022. Prior to this, they worked at 3M for almost a decade, serving as Chief Diversity Officer and Vice President of Global Inclusion from April 2017 to January 2022. At 3M, they also held positions such as Senior Counsel, Litigation and Preventive Law from July 2014 to April 2017, and Counsel, Compliance and Ethics from April 2013 to July 2014.

Before joining 3M, Ann worked at the United States Attorneys' Offices as an Assistant United States Attorney from April 2002 to April 2013. Ann also served as an Assistant Ramsey County Attorney at Ramsey County from January 1999 to April 2002, and as an Assistant Public Defender at the State of Minnesota from January 1995 to January 1999. Overall, their work experience demonstrates their expertise in diversity and inclusion, as well as their legal background in litigation, compliance, and public defense.

Ann Anaya earned a Bachelor's degree in Political Science and Government from the University of Minnesota in 1990. Ann continued their education at the University of Minnesota Law School and obtained a Doctor of Law - JD degree with a focus on Litigation in 1993.
